Red face DNS error or cannot find server IE6

I am having problems access www.qvcuk.com This is a shopping site with security. We are connected via broadband with one phone for internet access and there are seven of us connected to a small hub for various software. Have Norton Antivirus installed using Word. We also use an outside ISP who manages our email also. A different provider manages our web site. Most of us are using Windows XP Pro. Hope I have provided enough info about the system we are using. Have ran spy-bot and ad-aware with no problems found and I have now done everything possible to try and sort out this mess. Our ISP says that he can get to this site, however, and is now being most unhelpful. Any suggestions would be gratefully received by a very frustrated and now old and greying female !!! Lesley

Hi Lesley

I was able to access qvc.

Just a thought. You may have a corrupted cookie. Have you cleaned out cookies and temp internet files?

DNS error etc.

Thanks for the replies and yes I have done everything you suggested. My internet service provider is Hotchilli who also manage our emails. I have cleared out the cookies and the temporary internet folders and temporary files. My ISP tells me that it appears that the problem my be further down the line with QVC/Verio - Any ideas please and can I post my hjtlog. Lesley
