I've just installed IIS and singed up to no-ip.com and everything there is running fine. If I type in my no-ip.com address it will not connect to my computer. I check my routers security logs and I get this message:
**LAND** MY IP, 3256->> MY IP, 80 (from ATM1 Inbound)
I'm a little confussed.

Are you able to access your Webserver via your IP Address?
This means your External IP, not an Internal IP such as 192.168... or 127.0.0.1

To gain access to your webserver depends on your Router.
You may have to setup Port Forwarding/Filtering or even DMZ for your Network IP.

I've setup Port Forwarding or LAN port 80 & Public
Port 80 and I'm still be asked for a password to localhost.

Do you have a DMZ option?
You may have to look at the Router Support site on how to route though using http.
