Random Web Pages Appear Blank - Solution!
I have run into a very strange issue twice recently on XP PCs. Certain, seemingly random web pages load as blank pages. On these same PCs the "System Restore" window and the Users Control Panel also show up blank. Found the solution in the KB article below.
Need to re-register a couple of .dll files. http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;831430 I believe this problem somehow involves the uninstall/install of Norton 2003? Last edited by dcroxby; October 2nd, 2004 at 06:22 AM. Reason: spelling
