Best choice for an inexpensive laptop?
I'd like to buy a basic, dependable laptop for someone who really doesn't need a fast processor...uses it mostly for Word and for chatting online?
What would you recommend for an inexpensive laptop? What about buying new vs. refurbished laptops at reliable online sites? Thanks! |

check out the laptops at hp.com. imo, they have the best cheap ones. As far as getting a used one - no way, no warranty and do not know how it was treated. Refurbished - tough to get a good warranty most I have seen was only for 90 days.
