Secure I E Rip Off Artists

I signed up for this Secure I E service@$29,having trouble making the payment,the service and response was instant,when I got the bill however ,they had charged me $52, now the service isn,t instant! "The customer service in the space of half an hour or so isn,t answering any emails ",so go to the webpage,the automated service doesn,t deal with the problem so...contact us ,which I did ,some 11 times and each and every email has been ignored.I know the emails have been read because they were tagged so I know the exact time they were read and ignored.SO BE WARNED these peeople are very bad news.
