Bad Dog having problems with cth - help required please.

Hi

I have just received this email from Bad Dog

Any reason you can think of that I cannot post a reply in any forum or send any PM's or even Post New Thread. I get the input screen but it will not even allow my cursor prompt to be entered. It says I'm logged in and 'Welcome Bad Dog'.

I advised cleaning cookies temp Internet files and he replied with the following:

I just ran spider yesterday but I deleted all temps, cookies, and history again.
Same prob. It simply will not let me type in the message windows of replies or new threads or PM's.
Weird. It will allow me to type in the title box of a reply but not the message box.

Can any of the mods please help?

Thanks TJolly for the help getting this post out.
Since all my other applications and forums were working correctly, I wouldn't have expected the registry to have anything to do with this problem.
But it did. I restored a registry from 2 days ago and everything at cth with my posting is working correctly.
Thanks again,
BD

Thanks Degsy.
Maybe Spyware or a Virus???
I wonder when evolution of computer software will just come natural to all users to run, at least, Spybot, Adaware, AVG, or (yuck) Hijackthis. Even running my old dialup, I also have a great firewall, Agnitum Outpost (Free Edition).
From Shields Up to PCFlanks, all test show my computer completely invisible to the net. Everything comes up stealth.

Of course downloading dumb programs with crap piggybacked will be a prob.

I think some other problems occur when the programs mentioned are updated with a new Engine/Version which causes the results to be slightly different and a cause for concern to not deleting things you need.

Just my opinion. I could be wrong.
