weird IE problem
i ahve windows 98 and lately (the past few days) there has been this thing with internet explorer. see what happens is that my comp acts like it is loading something for a second then my windows that i have up (ie or firefox) go gray (like something is loading or something)...and after about 5 minutes after it does it a second time, the task bar will appear (i have it on auto-hide) so i do crtl+alt+del and i figure out that "iexplore" is the thing that is messing me up...i looked it up and it is internet explorer..i ran adaware and i deleted everything but its still doing it...i also updated internet explorer and it is still doing this. here is my hijack this log:

Exclamation IE messing about
How many search bars have you installed on your broswers?

Check this out and tell us whether you installed it yourself

Give us more info and what error message do you get when trying to launch IE or Firefox.
And you need to run spybot S&D and the spyblaster you need to download them, they are free and run them until you clear your computer from the hijackers, like HBO etc...

i only have google toolbar on my comp. i have netzero and they have a toolbar but i disabled it. firefox has nothing to do with the problem, i was just saying that even when internet explorer is not open it still does the same thing. there is NO error message.

ok so i downloaded spybot s&d and got rid of all the junk it brought up...and its still doing it. ?????
