Need some info on error please

Here is the error, what does it mean?

C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. choose close to terminate the application.
close ignore

Clicking on close or ignore produces the same results nothing. Please any info would be helpful.
