hyper links

Hi
Hyper links don't work in outlook express & internet explorer, a new window opens and it's blank why?

try pressing the ctrl key as you click on the link

Did not work for me

I tried the same thing, but the IEfix did nothing for my PC:
I cannot do the following in Internet Explorer 6:
- cannot opens links
- cannot see pictures

Cannot close my PC anymore, it keeps hanging
In my windows Task Manager you see the following:
