Silly problem, However need help. I have saved some information on a diskette and now the disk is corrupt. I can't afford to lose the information on it. Is there anything I can do ? Is there such a program that actually remagnetizes a diskette??
Please forgive bad spelling .Not a 100% english.

Thanks

Hello Fishman2,

Here's all I can think of.

I have seen advertisements in the back of PC magazines that will retrieve data from damaged disks. Cost some money though.

Something else is trying your local computer shops, there might be one that does such work.

Good luck.

Hey ther Fishman! You sure the disk is demagnatized? If it's just corrupt you can try an application like Norton Utilities to recover information from it. www.symantec.com (http://www.symantec.com)
