Mishy, last night I tried to convert a Word 2000 document to Word Perfect 5.0 because that's what some people I was testing for wanted it in, but it wouldn't convert and I could swear the message it gave me was something about SR1 component not installed. Shouldn't it automatically do this? I bought just Word 2000 by itself, not with all the other office stuff. I was wondering if you could shed (or anyone) any light? Thanks.

And also, does anyone understand how Word 2000 applies itself with Outlook Express? Does it like "take it over?" For the most part everything is fine, but I do get a lot of times when OE just goes down and gives me error messages, I don't know what the problem is.
