Page Not Found Display
Sir,
I am using a pentium 4 pc,with window Xp professional as operating system. MY browser is IE 6.0.when I try to access the web sitewww.iaptweb.org I got the message Page can't be displayed.(The same website I could access some days back). when I tried the google search by giving the name www.iaptweb.org I got the message saying that the website is using frames and your browser is not supporting it. Please guide me how to access the the the said website.

 That site it not working for me either. I suspect it has gone down.
