reinstalling, were do I find/save Mozilla bookmarks?

Hello, I may have to reinstall my OS on two machines due to an upgrade.

I am running Mozilla 1.5 Mail/Browser.
Were do I find the files needed to save my bookmarks and more importantly my email addresses/contacts etc. We are talking 2 years of contacts etc.

If you want to save them manually then they will be in the Mozilla Program Files folder.

Otherwise use the program themselves to export the files.
