where can i down load WINRAR

I am preparing to load photoshop 5.0,illustrator 8.0 and quark 4.0 and i am given this note that i need winrar i have searched my conputer and not dound it and i have searched microsoft and windows and to no avail is this a simple term or is this going to be difficult thanks

Heey Gra-Poog, try one of the software sites, like ZD NET or CNET, it is a shareware, but I think it'll have a trial version!!!
