descripition unknown

the files (america.exe) and (binder.exe) were accidently erased. I would appreciate info on where I could download them. I think they may be apart of Microsoft office, but I am not sure. the Microsoft help area was no help. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like binder.exe belongs to MS Office.
