I just bought a new laptop with a current resolution of 1024 x 768, however if I want to extend this resolution to 1280 x 1024 I find that my computer screen appears to move around inside a much larger screen (which is running at the right resolution.. very largely), is it possible to somehow cut down the quality of the image so that I can see things at the 1280 x 1024 resolution but constrained to run inside the parameters of my LCD screen.
My reasons for doing this is so that i can play the strategy game Age of Empires 2.. (of which Im a big fan).. at the right perspective which at present is way too close up to see whats going on :(.. hope this makes sense (tell me if it doesnt) any help would be most appreciated d:D
