.GIF not working

ok , just the other day, all my animated gif images just stop being animated, they just show up as a single frame, and none of them animate at all :( i already tried searching for a fix myself, but the closest thing i found was a fix for .jpg an i figured that wouldnt work :P

help me please,

EDIT: I just searched this site, and none of the fixes said work, since they were using zone alarm an i am not, and animations are enabled in my internet options, and also its not ones on the internet that arnt working, its all of them, even ones on my computer :S

If you are talking about on webpages, try clearing the files in your temporary internet folder and in msie check tools - internet options - advanced, scroll down to multimedia and make sure show animation is selected

it's not just on websites tho, its one on my hdd to, and i already checked that, and it was switched on.

I am at a lost myself with your problem. Maybe there is something nasty on your computer, download and run hijackthis per the instructions in this thread (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37546).
