Here are some specifics of the error message: A microsoft word error(4) "Word cannot save this file because it is already open elsewhere. (\\W2ksrv\\data\MY FORMS\02024024.DOC)" has occurred.

What this usually means is that you have opened the same file twice and if you make changes to one, you can't save those changes until the other version is closed. Close all files except the one you are working on and try again.
Also try to reply to your original post when you are dealing with the same issue or your information could get lost in the shuffle or be confusing to someone who hasn't seen the original post.
