Big Display Problems

Hi, I am having problems with the diplay on my Micron laptop. I updated my AVG antivirus program the other day and then the problems started. The icons are scattered all over the desktop. The colors and definition are wrong also. And - when I open any program (with the exception of Microsoft Bicycle Card Collection) the pages are huge. Lastly, when I dial up to get to the Internet through Earthlink my homepage does not appear - I then have to double-click the Mozilla Firefox icon to get there. :upset:

In the Control Panel I am currently using 32 bit True Color, 800 x 600 pixels, Icon size - 21, and the display is on default monitor - Rage Mobility AGP.

I am LOST! Any suggestions or advice?

I would suggest updating the driver from the manafacturers site or re-installing the driver.

I went to the Rage Mobility site and was completely lost. Then I went through the software that came with the computer - would the driver be on the "Operating System Recovery CD?"
