I have a cd with a song I would like to attach to an e-mail as an attachment so the recipient can hear the song. How do I get the song from the cd to a file I can attach? :confused:

put the cd in the drive
go to my computer
right click on the cd drive
select explore
you should see a list of the files on the cd
BUT..........
aside from the fact that it's probably illegal due to the copyright laws, cd music files are usually VERY large. most email servers do not allow email over 1 to 3 meg and music files can be 10 times that large.
