autoexc problems :(

Hi,

Firstly, I am sorry if this is not the place to post this :)

I have been trying to install a programe that I have used before, and reinstalled before. However, this time it gives me this message

c:\winnt\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Chose 'Close' to terminate the application

Help please.... I have no idea why, or what to do!

What program are you trying to install and in what operating system?

I have win 2000 prof, and the programe is MP3recorder .. I record streaming radio stuff though it :)

Mp3Rec22.exe is the full name
