Got a Ram problem.pls help

Hi everyone i'm a newbie n require some help
Its regarding the RAM in my system. Ii have a P2(333Mhz) system,Intel 810e chipset,128mb RAM.
The problem is that at the time of boot it shows 65536kb ram.
I cant really find a reason for this .
Can anyone explain this ?? Anything that may be wrong or anything thaat i maynot be knowing .Like i think abt 20mb is taken up by video controller/card is this true (i have the vga onboard)
Also is there anyway i can ensur e whether i have a 128mb ram chip just by looking at the hardware
