wont let me uninstall AIM!

alright. so heres another one of my problems!...

i downloaded deadaim a long time ago. then i updated the deadaim with the newest version of AIM a few days ago. and ever since, it has been corrupted. ie) buttons are missing, no scroll bar, etc.

so i thought ill just uninstall it and reinstall it. well when i go to uninstall the application, i get a message saying "windows cannt find C:\PROGA~1\AIM\Sysfiles\AIMWDUninstall.exe"

but i went to the aim folder, and the file is in there. i double click it and it does nothing. the icon looks like its a dead file.. so what the hell am i supposed to do now.. grr

Hi Liz, try reinstalling it again, reboot afterwards and see if you can now uninstall it.

i cant uninstall AIM. it gives me the message "windows cannt find C:\PROGA~1\AIM\Sysfiles\AIMWDUninstall.exe"

Did you try reinstalling it first as I suggested Liz? This method is often successful with uninstall problems.
