Need some help, booting problem

Hi. The problem is everytime I boot windows, it takes me to an F8 screen without me pressing F8. Then after that it takes me to a screen that says I need to restart windows. Then when I restart windows I get the F8 screen agian and the error message agian. I can however bypass this by pressing F8 on booting windows. So what is this and how do I get rid of it? Thanks.
