I can't get Outlook 2000 to use a consistent name format.
One:
In Contacts, I sort by Filed As (which starts with last names).
But when I start a distribution list, the names appear as Full Name (with first names first). Switching back and forth from first to last names is crazymaking.
I want them to appear in the form "Jones, John" all the time.
Two:
Also, in the Phone List view of Contacts,
email addresses sometime show as jjones@silly.com
and sometimes as "John Jones". Here again, I can't get them to be consistent.
Any help would be appreciated.
