How can I not let NeroVision Express 2 SE change size of video when making a VCD!

I have this VCD, which I wanted to subtitle. I have subtitled it but the problem arises when I use NeroVision Express 2 SE 2.0.1.11 to write this MPEG file as a VCD. What happens is that Nero changes its size and other settings.



The original file is

352x288 at 25.000fps with average bit-rate of 1149 Kbps

# of Frames 103555 with time of 1:09:02

# of I frames 6212, P frames 29493, B frames 68050



When I try to write this file Nero changes it's size and other setting to this:

352x240 at 29.970 fps with average bit-rate of 1025 Kbps

# of Frames 124142 with time of 1:09:02
# of I frames 8276, P frames 33108, B frames 82758



As you can see, everything has changed and because of this, the quality of the video has deteriorated. How can I burn this file with the original settings?
