cant delete program?

i installed real audio jukebox. after having problems with the configurung of it, i decided to delete it by using the uninstaller provoded thru the real audio folder. afterwards, i went to add/remove programs and cannot removde it from the listing. it no longer appears in the start/programs menu, but it still is lingering in the start/settings/add/remove programs. the message i get is uninstaller is not available? help please as this is starting to aggravate me!

Reinstall the program the same way you did the first time and then use Windows to uninstall it.

There are Third-Party programs that can remove the listing.

Programs such as Tweak-UI will allow you to remove the listing, but a better option may be a Registry Cleaner such as RegCleaner http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/shtml/regcleaner.shtml

Using RegCleaner you can remove the listing from the Add/Remove Programs list and also delete any rogue registry keys.
