Lotus Approach

I am using Lotus Approach (Smart Suite Release 9) and clciked the wrong button when naming the form, and lost the title box. If I am in design and click the white area around the form, or a blank area on the form, the properties box appears with the correct names in the Database, Form and Field boxes, but there is no A to Z Tab to click. I didnt think about using undo button at the time. Can anyone please tell me how to get the Title Box back? TIA

dan, I have no idea and have never really used the one copy of approach I have.
I'll take a look but don't know how far I'll get.

Try this...

On menu bar, select View
Make sure there is a tick beside Show View Tabs
