This is the first time that I have seen this happen with Adobe. When you launch Adobe, it causes 100% CPU usage. I have uninstalled and reinstalled from a known good source (Adobe Acrobat v6.0 standard). Upon relaunching the new copy, it still causes 100% CPU usage. I have run SpybotS&D, full virusscan with Symantec and Stinger (NAI), as well as defrag. This didn't help. Any suggestions?
