We are using a mail merge document thats source data is an excel spreadsheet. When trying to open the document(s), we get the message that the DDE Connection is not available. I have followed the tips on the Microsoft Support website (i.e. ensuring that Excel does not ignore other applications and not using a colon) but to no avail.
Has anyone any ideas?
