word errors!!

When I am running any third party software, I seem to get several word errors at random.
We can't seem to locate any solutions, any help will be greatly appreciated

Here are the spcifics of the word message: A microsoft word error(4) "Word cannot save this file because it is already open elsewhere. (\\W2ksrv\\data\MY FORMS\02024024.DOC)" has occurred.
