Hi

When searching forums especially 'unanswered topics' I receive an error, 'Sorry no matches found'.

What happens is this:

I goto quick links and click on unanswered topics, the window then opens correctly and for example shows 'displaying 1-20 of 34', covering two pages. When I click to go onto page two I get 'sorry no matches found.' To open page two I have to return to quick links and re-open unanswered topics and then click on P2 again and the page then opens correctly.

The 'sorry no matches found' window appears to open only after I have replied to a thread on P1 and returned to unanswered topics.

Hope I've explained correctly.

Any ideas?

Try the following...

click on search
advanced search
make sure all forums is selected
find threads with at most 0
any date and newer
last posting date in decending order

What I am suggesting is 'unanswered topics' in 'Quick Links' is not working correctly.

I don't use the option frequently but I tried it last night and again just now and it worked fine.

Maybe a temporary glitch?
