Need some help

Hi
I have been getting this error the last couple of days using Opera 3.62. Here is the error message

OPERA caused a general protection fault
in module DDEML.DLL at 0002:00002139.

Did you install any other programs just prior to this error as it's usualy caused by either a corrupt or a duplicate DDEML.DLL file.

Edit - Here's a nice little page that helps explain how to fix it but it refers to Win3.1???

Edit 2 - You could also run SFC and replace the file.

Sharpy it's weird you say that about 3.1 because I just searched for that *.dll and that's mostly what they were.

Anyways, if ya wanna try replacing the *.dll make sure you get the right version...

Hi
Thanks Sharpy for your help. I got it all straightened out. I forgot that my son installed some games that I had for 3.1, for my wife to play. I got the correct version and everything is A ok
