Cannot boot to Win Me

My problem is as follows, I cannot boot to Win Me. It will go through post and then another screen comes up and says "press F10 key to change bootstrap selection. Current selection is -- PXE boot using interrupt 18h...... The next screen gives device listing and under that it says verifying pool data......... boot from atapi CD-Rom:
1. FD 1.44MB System type-(19)

Soon after the recovery screen comes up and says "Are you sure you want to restore the data from the recover CD?" and I say yes. After that it comes up with another screen that says "Hard disk data restoring failed, system will restart the computer! and the process repeats itself. I'm stumped. Please help

you have a hardisk attached yes?*L* sorry j/k have you looked at the cable connections? is the power lead in the hdisk? is the data cable in the hdisk?
