180solutions will not go away

Sometime yesterday I began to have very slow loading of web pages. Next thing I know I'm getting icons appearing on my desktop. I have Norton Internet Security with Norton Anti-Virus, but I'm also not the only one using the computer, unfortunately. I've ran Spybot and Ad-aware, but 180solutions keeps appearing, and just when I think it's gone I get an error message stating that there was a problem with 180ax.exe.

I have HijackThis, but do not want to post the log unless necessary. Any help is greatly appreciated.
