Ie 6 = Problems

The Problem: Internet Explorer 6 won't load websites. This effects all programs that use IE, such as windows messenger, windows update, and anything that has it in its coding to use IE. (example: City of Heroes, a MMORPG, has a launch pad before you log into the game which lists server information and game updates, this page doesn't load.)

What I've Tried:

Downloaded ie6setup.exe from microsoft's website but could not connect to a download server because it uses IE to do so.

Removed and added IE6 again w/ the windows SP1 disk.
Tried the repair feature, and scan feature.

I can't run system restore/go back because I shut that feature off long ago.

What to do? I'm posting my hijackthis log and cwshredder log below.
