Help with modem "internal authentication error"

When I try to dailup my isp (Sega.net, Juno
Free Altavista)the modem goes through all the
signal communications but at the lost second
it dissconects and get this message:
"internal authentication error" and then
my pc says that Dail-up Networking was not
responding or is corrupt.

But AOL works fine.

I've tried removing and reinstalling the
Modem drivers, Dail-Up Networking, and the
ISp software. Can anyone help me.

try the following dude, it may work !

my computer > control panel > add/remove progs > windows setup > double click on communications > remove the tick from Dial up Networking > apply > Restart your computer

Go back into add/remove progs > double click on Communications > place a tick into dun > apply > restart once files have been copied from your windows cd

This may do the trick
