Is there a way to reinstall IE

My IE gives me problems in the MSN game zone only I ran ADaware spybot cw sherdeder ,which cleared up a lot of problems, but still some little bugs Is there a way to redo IE completley and safe I posted a log and there was no problems found any help would be apperciated thanks
