how to email text doc so everyone can open/view/print?

I have a document (I can put it in .doc or .rtf format) that I want to email whenever we get a request for this info. How do I do that without the receiving person needing to have a special software prog to open/view/print the document? (2 of the pages have graphics on them) Thanks for any help!

Hi there,

Just wondering. Can you "save as" in text (.txt) format? That would solve the problem if you can. A text document can be read in DOS, so anyone can read it.
