Web page won't download completely

When My neighbor tried to access my website only a quarter to a half of the page would download; then there would be some html language. Some pages would only show html language. It works on my computer both Mac and PC and with both internet explorer and netscape. My ISP had no idea why this was happening to this person. It didn't happen on their computer either. Any ideas what would make the page download get interuppted?
Thanks! http://www.gracefulgardens.com

Hi Grace and welcome to cyber tech help

I just tried out your website (that link u gave) and this was the bottom line I got on it

"WAS LIKE OPENING A CHRISTMAS PRESENT!" -VIRGINIA CUSTOMER"

Is this the full document because it looked like it was ?

I didn't see any HTML on my PC IE5.5

Hi,

I've just run your webpage through an html validator - if you'd like to do this go here http://validator.w3.org/

It found some errors in your HTML which are easy enough to fix. You may want to look at them. But there weren't any real biggies - which usually cause problems such as you describe.

If you'd like a hand with your HTML please post in out Website & Graphics forum which you'll find by clicking here
