Callwaiting while on the Net

While on the Net I need a way to allow outside caller via call waiting to signal that I have a call coming through. I don't want to use a special internet provider. Is there a call waiiting switch or device that can signal me over the screen when I am on-line ? If so what and where can I buy one ? Tks INoNothI ng
