I really need some help please...
When I launch Internet Explorer, it just freezes and doesn't work. Sometimes it makes it to the homepage, sometimes it doesn't and hangs up when I attempt to go to a website. In my task manager I can see that the application taskurl.exe is taking up all my processing and if I close the application everything works fine again. I do not know what taskurl.exe is but is it a virus? Or what is going on with it?
All my problems started after uninstalling Mozilla, but I do not know if that has anything to do with it at all. I just don't want to erase taskurl.exe because I do not know what it is. I am currently working from a restore point before any of this happened (Win XP) but now my Norton is messed up b/c of me restoring. Any help would be much appreicated. Thanks.
