trying to get information on how to restart browser etc.
will explain the alert 2 u simply
we have old version of client in cache need to restart browser and come back to retrieve current version. if restarting dont, work
manually clear browser cache that should fix the prob.
if u can assist it will be very appreciated.
have tried to do as was told in help pages but are having no success. we have netscape ,communicator,microsoft,internet explorer, real player, shockwave, quicktime, acrobat reader, pre-installed all we r trying to do is find out how we go about this problem.
