redirected links are not opening.Plzz help

Hi
I am new to this forums.I would like to appreciate your help in advance.
I am having strange problems with web lately. When I am trying to open a reditected link in some webpage,I am getting a page which says that the page cannot be displayed.In some webpages, photos are not visible and there is a blank box with a 'x' mark on it....
I thought that there might be a problem with IE.So I downloaded firefox 1.0 and I am getting same problem..I am using WinXp with Sp2 loaded.
I am giving some examples of my problems below:
-when I try to open the deal page from www.deal2buy.com, i getting the page cannot display page.
-I am not getting some advertisements in www.yahoo.com page and the main symbol of yahoo which will be on top of the front page..
I would appreciate if any of u guys solve my problem
