Hotmail update?

Hotmail promised that we would be getting 250MB accounts this fall, but so far, I'm still stuck with only 2MB, while all my friends have already been updated long ago! I e-mailed hotmail, but they just said again that accounts would be updated this fall. I think they've forgotton about me or left me out somehow! Does anyone else have this problem?

why don't you try other mail providers that provide you between 100 till 1000 MB for free?
I can't Imagine my mailbox with only 2 MB :)

Yes Hotmail did say that they was, I think it was the end of October but could be end of November. But you have to remember that they have to upgrade every free Hotmail account, which is so many it will take time for them to do this, just be patient and wait. Also why are you in a hurry for them to upgrade, I have Gmail (1GB space) and I haven't even got 1% used yet! I guarantee that my Hotmail account with 250 Megs of space will be full up with junk mail, and will waste even more time deleting all my mail in my junk mail box.

My Hotmail account is now 250mb, I just noticed it about a week ago. Maybe your accounts haven't been converted yet.

Thanks for the info, guys. I just don't want to have to change to a new address to get a bigger account, as all my resumes, etc., already have this e-mail address on them. I did set up a nice big free account with yahoo, though, so I can forward any big files over there that I want to keep, and give this new address to my friends.
