Hi all,

My friend gets an error when trying to log into hotmail and gets the following error:

They have had their computer for years and this is the first time they have had this problem. They run windows98 and the only other app they have running at the same time is ICQ.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

If this is the only time this happens, then the first thing that comes to my mind is that it has to do with Hot Mail.

I'd be calling them with the question to solve. Or search their web site for info on this.

if they have netscape try using that,it almost sounds like their explorer is corrupt.
you might want to try to upgrade their explorer.
