Re-installed Windows 2000 over existing installation by mistake. Thought I was doing a repair but instead did new installation. Now can't log on as previous user and can't open programs installed under that user, even though the programs are visible in windows explorer. Any idea's on how to log on under previous user's id or at least how to access the programs loaded under the original windows installation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
