unable to access JUST one site

I can load everysingle other website just fine. But I just can't load www.aniyume.com. I tried shutting down my firewall but it still doesnt work. It worked before but suddenly 1 day it just wont load. This has been happening for about 2 weeks now. My ISP says its not their problem.

I went to dnsstuff.com to try a ping:

what browser, what firewall, what operating system, and is this computer at home, on campus, or at some business?

I tried using firefox and IE and netscape, none worked. Sygate firewall, windows xp pro, the computer is at home with a cable connection.
The anonymous surfing works, but very slow. Does that point out anything?

PS: I can't connect to the site's ftp on port 21, maybe that helps?

Since you are able to access it through a different path, there is a chance that the problem is just temporary. Possibly some server down between you and them. How long has it been a problem? Maybe give it a day or so and see what happens.
