Need to wipe my HD

My friend got some crazy virus, and i need to wipe the HD or fdisk and reload 2000, i tried to just reinstall 2000, but for some reason we still get all the crap that the virus installed.

Basically would like to wipe the drive and start from scratch. Can i fdisk? if so where do i do this from? I tried to use the fdisk command in command prompt, but it say that it is neither an internal or external command?

I need to wipe the drive or at least the c: partition

You can format during the setup.

choose new installation and then you should get the choice to choose the partition and format it.
