I have a problem that came out of nowhere. I needed to restart my Win 2000 machine after uninstalling Norton Antivirus Corporate edition. It all went well but when I restarted the machine when it got to the screen that asks you to hit ctrl-alt-delete to sign in to the machine, it froze. The keyboard and mouse were useless. I tried the hard drive in another machine with the same results. I tried safe mode and restoring the last configuration that worked, but I had the same issue at the sign in screen. I just can't figure out a way to get past that screen or to disable it. Any help would be appreciated. I would hate to have to format my drive and reinstall everything again.
Thanks
